Not so healthy.

All the Fabulous cousins slept over this weekend. We had an ice cream social before bed, not a great idea. In the morning, I took the 3-girls to the donut store where we bought a dozen donuts. Lars made green scrambled eggs.
Petra put the waffle bowl on her head. It's getting crazy up in here!
Sweet, reserved Jared (5-1/2 years). Not so into food on his head. He sure likes ice cream, though.

Annike, Connor (8-1/2, Jared's big brother), and Taylor (age 7) -- air guitar?

Chase (age 8-1/2, cousin to Connor and Jared and brother to Taylor), is hard core.

My main man!

This morning, with their donuts, green eggs, and vegan sausage patties. Sugar is good.

Quick Petra Update: Petra was very yawny at her soccer game yesterday and still wasn't eating very well. For dinner last night, she ate a little bit of granola with yogurt and raspberries. It was hard to tell what she did for breakfast this morning, but her energy certainly seemed better. She had a small part of a quesadilla for lunch, no vegetables. She rested a bit in the afternoon and seemed to come out of it a new girl. For dinner I made spaghetti sauce with carrots, eggplant (unintentional), mushrooms, onions, garlic and some meatless Quorn. Soren made a baby greens salad. Petra went to town, she ate a ton. After that she ate some granola that she and Lars made this afternoon with more yogurt and she drank a ton of water. Generally, she's a very big eater and this amount of food for her is par for the course. I'm feeling very relieved. Hopefully she's on the mend. Soren ate a lot, too, but then he never really lost his appetite after his bout with the flu.
